Parking are limited at Gold Coast parking lot or you can park anywhere on the street. The entrance is located across from Pannikin Coffee & Tea, brown gate next to The Garden Spa sign.

Our Policies
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Because your appointment is reserved just for you at The Garden Spa, we require a 48- notice for cancelling a Spa service. Any cancellation made without proper notification will be subject to a 50% service charge.
24-hour notice, no show, or cancellation the day of the appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Parties of 3 are under a 72-hour cancellation policy resulting in a 100% cancellation fee.
When leaving a gratuity we are only able to accept Cash or Venmo this time.
